Turn a GPX into a device-ready packet: a clean GPX, a Garmin TCX course, a printable summary, and clear steps to load it onto a Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo, or Komoot. Neutral and web-first — your file stays in your browser.

Every watch brand imports a route a little differently, but the shape is the same: get the file (a GPX, or a Garmin TCX course), import it in your device's app, sync the watch, and start it from the Navigation menu. This tool gives you both files from any GPX and the exact steps for Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo, and Komoot — no account required.
GPX is the universal route file and works on every device and app. TCX is a Garmin "course" that additionally embeds per-point distance and elevation, which some Garmin watches prefer for on-device elevation profiles and turn-by-turn course navigation. If a GPX import looks flat or odd on a Garmin, try the TCX.
Your GPX is parsed and converted entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Sign in to Garmin Connect, go to Training & Planning → Courses → Import, upload the GPX or TCX, then "Send to Device" and sync your watch. Start it from Navigation → Courses.
Open the COROS app (or app.coros.com), go to Route Library → Import Route, upload the GPX, sync your watch, then pick the route under Navigation.
In the Suunto app, go to Map → Routes → add a route → Import from file, choose the GPX, sync your watch, then start an activity and pick the route under Navigation.
GPX works everywhere. TCX is a Garmin "course" that also carries per-point distance and elevation, which some Garmin devices prefer for on-watch elevation and course navigation. When in doubt, try GPX first.
Yes. It is free and your GPX is processed in your browser — the file is not uploaded to a server.
