A single loop with three out-and-back legs, starting and finishing on Rokach Boulevard beside the Yarkon Park. After 2.5 km west along Rokach the route loops through north Tel Aviv on Shai Agnon Street and Levi Eshkol Boulevard, then runs north on Ibn Gvirol Street to a turn near km 9. Back south, it crosses the Yarkon near its mouth by the Tel Aviv Port at about km 14, then follows HaYarkon Street and the Herbert Samuel seafront promenade to Jaffa, passing the Clock Tower at about km 19.5 and Jaffa Port before a turn just south of the port near km 22. The seafront leads back north to about km 29, where the route turns inland down Dizengoff Street through Dizengoff Square at km 31.5 and past Habima Square to a turn on Rothschild Boulevard at Balfour Street near km 33. It returns up Dizengoff, east on Ben Gurion Boulevard and north on Ibn Gvirol over the Yarkon, finishing on park paths in Ganei Yehoshua. The organizer publishes no climb figure; the course is mostly flat, between about 2 and 34 m, and its only real rise, roughly 25 m, runs inland from the seafront to Rothschild between km 29 and 33. Water stations stand every 2.5 to 3 km and pacers run from 2:50 to 5:00.

Three decisions to make before race day
Be in Tel Aviv for kit pickup by Wednesday 24 February
No kits are handed out on race day or on Thursday 25 February, so collect by Wednesday 24 February with your health declaration confirmed.
More detail
The organizer hands out no kits on race day or on Thursday 25 February, the day before, and has not yet published the place or hours. Plan travel so you can collect by Wednesday 24 February at the latest. You must confirm the health declaration to receive the kit, and a friend can collect yours only with the printed declaration you have signed.
Pace for the Jaffa cut-off, not only the finish
The 2:25 Jaffa cut-off sits at about km 19.5 on the 2026 course file, which needs about 7:26 per km, faster than the 8:18 per km of the 5 h 50 limit.
More detail
The first cut-off is 2:25 at Clock Tower Square in Jaffa. At the organizer's km 18 that needs about 8:03 per km, but the 2026 course file reaches the square at about km 19.5, which needs about 7:26 per km, faster than the 8:18 per km the 5 h 50 limit allows. The second cut-off, 4:15 at km 31.5, needs about 8:06 per km. The slowest pacer runs 5:00.
Do your last long runs without headphones
Earphones are banned outright, so drop music from your final long runs.
More detail
The organizer bans running with any earphones and running without a shirt, and the bib must be worn on the front, not on a leg, back or arm. If your long runs rely on music, drop it for the final weeks so race day is not the first time. Timing mats along the course must be crossed, including at the three turnarounds, so stay on the marked line.
