    The steep Airolo ascent crosses downhill bike paths, and mountain bikes also use parts of the high traverse. Current snow, streams, bridges, seasonal restrictions and path passage are unverified. The reference follows the currently mapped marked route6 stage13; older route outlines differ locally around Pescium. Follow local signs and check conditions.     The owner currently describes the hut as unstaffed, with nine winter-room beds and cooking only by reservation. The notice until23February and return from27February has no year, so no precise interval is inferred.
